Kankan Sir had sent Rakesh to invite the Spanish doctor (Sylvia), Sun and the Greek researcher (Giorgis) at 0900 hrs for celebrating Cdr Dam’s birthday. Sun came with a big box of goodies. Giorgos got the antibiotics that we asked for to send to BC. We incited Sun to give Cdr Dam a birthday hug.Tried Bala Sir’s boots, fitting. Took Nitin’s crampon as Bala Sir’s seem twisted. Cdr Dam took ‘Taj’ and finished it before dinner. Appetite is decreasing – hardly had anything for lunch. Got to know election results partly. Govinda and Dharmendra has won !
Congress leading with 215 seats. In AP, Chandra Babu Naidu has been routed. Very windy outside, three Sherpas reached 8300 m and came down to ABC.The fourth has stopped at 7900m for the night.
Hoping like hell that the weather becomes conducive.
